Blog entry #4

Protagonist- Was Katniss she waz a very brave and responsible young lady. She took care of her mother and sister when her father died. She provided food from the forest to her family or they would have starved to death. She also put in on the terresa which is a supply of food for a year if u put an extra slip of your name in for the hunger games.

Setting- The setting for the hunger games mostly was violents. They were killing eachother an not just doing that they were killing eachother in brutal ways.

Direct Characterzation- How i would characterize Katniss is she is a very smart girl. She made it through the Hunger Games but not only did she do that she made it through with her district ally Peeta.

Theme- The theme of this book was a futuristic theme like afta the world changed very much. They said in the book that Panim rose from the ruins of North America. So it must be in the future of us.

Symbolism- The mockingjay pin repersented alot of things to Katniss. For one it reminded her of her dad an how he could have all of them to stop an listen while he sung.

Music

This reminds me of when Katniss and Peeta were alone together in the cave.
 It seems like a love song. So that was the perfect instrumental for this part in the book.

Their land is made of 12 districts an a capitol.

Peeta Mellark an his family are bread makers.

In one part of the arena they were shooting fireballs.

Almost at the end they sent the tribute wolves on them.

They fought in a huge arena that the gamemakers controlled.

Katniss and Peeta were the winners of the Hunger Games.
