Studying Success

Yes i believe if you study hard an do well in school you will have a bright future. Because then you can go to a good college an get a great job that pays well. Not only will you have money an materials you will have the greatest gift of school, the knowledge you learn that you can never lose. So yes i believe working hard in your studies will pay off an is a great future predicter of success.

Family

My family is in some shape sort of like Chris Crutcher's family. When i was younger me an my older brother use to argue about everything, we never really got along. We butted heads at any chance it took, maybe just because we both never backed down from a challenge. We use to challenge eachother so much maybe because he was older then me an felt like i was suppose to backdown, but i never would. Also my father always was the speaker an person i could come to, to talk about anything an he gave really great advice. He also tried to tell me alot of things on his on. An sometimes i didn't take his advice, just being arrogant an trying to show pride, which was very foolish. But my family made me stronger through it all an i feel like, yes my family has an do effect my future in a big type of way. I really appreciate my family for everything they have done for me.

Something Neat

I remember the first time i ever smoked some weed, i was hanging with my friend at his grandma house an he had some so he said, "kameron do you want to hit this". Not knowing the consequences and the trouble i can get in at the time, being the age of twelve i decided to try it. I was so high i didn't even know i waz high until i relized i was kinda tripping. I couldn't even stop laughing i laughed at ever single thing, peoples faces, the way people was looking, and even how people was talking. After a while the room start spinning an i began to feel sick, so i layed down. When i woke up i had broken curfew an my mom was on my back about everything. How i smelled like weed, how my eyes were really red, and she straight tripped on me.

Cruelty of Death

I remember when i knew of death but never relized it was real, until my father died. Think about it how can u even imagine someone u personally know gone forever off of this earth, its pretty hard. Well i remember when my dad use to talk to me about it an he use to always tell me, "Every one dies". Its apart of our human nature we all have our on amount of time on this earth an when GOD is ready for you its nothing you can do but to embrace it. Now that i look back on every wise word my father told me i relized death is inevitable.There is really only two days in life, the day that you are born and the day that you die so make the stuff in the middle count.

Temper's Consequences

One time I was at school and I was standing on the basketball court and I seen this one guy who was very sorry at playing basketball. So I decided to speak my mind on it and I told him he was garbage. He decides he wanted to talk mess about my mother. So I decided to walk away.  I walked to the bathroom to brush my hair and he walks in right after me still talking mess. So I cracked him in his mouth and he ran out of the bathroom. After that I walked out and the principal was standing right there. So I got suspended for four days.

1st Quarter Blogging Results

I think i did pretty good on my blogs last quarter, but i would like to improve by adding more details to some of my blogs. Also, if i have unfinished blogs i could also finish them up at home instead of trying to rush an finish in class. I like blogging period i've never had a class that i blogged in so its pretty new an intresting to me. I would like to do more of the illustrating the book because that was very fun an challenging to come up with the words to match the pictures an the story. All in all, this was a very fun experience an i would like to continue blogging for this class.

Protagonist- Was Katniss she waz a very brave and responsible young lady. She took care of her mother and sister when her father died. She provided food from the forest to her family or they would have starved to death. She also put in on the terresa which is a supply of food for a year if u put an extra slip of your name in for the hunger games.

Setting- The setting for the hunger games mostly was violents. They were killing eachother an not just doing that they were killing eachother in brutal ways.

Direct Characterzation- How i would characterize Katniss is she is a very smart girl. She made it through the Hunger Games but not only did she do that she made it through with her district ally Peeta.

Theme- The theme of this book was a futuristic theme like afta the world changed very much. They said in the book that Panim rose from the ruins of North America. So it must be in the future of us.

Symbolism- The mockingjay pin repersented alot of things to Katniss. For one it reminded her of her dad an how he could have all of them to stop an listen while he sung.

Music

This reminds me of when Katniss and Peeta were alone together in the cave.
 It seems like a love song. So that was the perfect instrumental for this part in the book.
